パリ協定による2030年目標に向けた高温多湿気候下のインドネシアにおける低炭素アフォーダブル集合住宅の開発

概要	本研究は、インドネシアにおいて今後増加が見込まれる中高層集合住宅を対象に２国間の産学官連携の下で包括的な低炭素技術を共同開発し、それらを確実に社会実装することを目的とする。高度シミュレーション技術により、温暖化の影響を考慮した２０３０年時点における主要都市の気象予測を行い、次に、蒸暑地域における居住者の温熱生理反応メカニズムを明らかにし、同地域ならではの新たな熱的快適性基準を開発する。これらの成果を基に、蒸暑地域に特化した低炭素建築技術を多面から開発し、統合したものを実際の集合住宅に導入する。研究成果を同国の国家規格に反映させるとともに、地方自治体と連携した実装プロジェクトを通じて、最終成果を法的拘束力のある建築規制に落とし込む。これにより２０３０年時点の高温化した気象条件下において、同国の温室効果ガス削減目標値の達成に寄与する集合住宅の包括的低炭素技術がハード・ソフトの両面で普及されることが期待される。
