概要	物質中の電子波動関数のトポロジカルな位相に起因する特異な光応答、特に非線形光学応答を探求します。ディラック半金属・ワイル半金属等に現れるシフト電流や円偏光起電力効果を、光学測定と静的な輸送現象測定から相補的に探求し、新原理に基づく光電変換現象を開拓します。その基礎概念をスピン流、超伝導体、さらには強相関電子系へと拡張し、フロッケエンジニアリングに基づく光エレクトロニクスの基盤の構築を目指します。
