概要	任意の遺伝子を増幅することができる遺伝子増幅システムを構築します。またその増幅システムを用いて100以上の遺伝子を組み込むことができる「染色体ベクター」を作成します。ここにタンパク質複合体や代謝系に関わる遺伝子を丸ごと組み込み、それらを異種細胞内で再構築し解析する実験系を確立します。将来的には人工細胞の作成の基盤技術になると期待します。
