地震直後におけるリマ首都圏インフラ被災程度の予測・観測のための統合型エキスパートシステムの開発

概要	本課題では、地震・津波災害における逃げ遅れによる死傷者と被害の拡大を大幅に低減して人命を守るために、インフラの被害レベルを予測し、地震直後には実被害を自動判定する、ＩＴ技術を活用した統合型エキスパートシステムを開発することを目的とする。具体的には、地震・津波のハザード評価と有効な避難路・場所の自動選定技術を開発する。また、緊急地震速報および津波警報の高速化を図る。さらに、ライフラインや道路、病院などの重要施設の情報を地理情報システム上に整備し、震前には被災予測曲線を用いて被害を推定し、震後には実構造物の応答観測による被災度自動判定を行い被害を特定する技術を開発するとともに、衛星画像を用いた広域被災地域把握技術の開発と適用を行う。これらの情報を統合し、災害対応時の意思決定に有効な情報を適切に表示するシステムを構築する。同時に、開発するシステムの運用と防災リテラシーの向上を目的とした人材育成を行う。
