概要	Hf系強誘電体を用いたデバイスを、その分極・ドメイン構造を物性評価に裏打ちされた作製プロセスや膜構造上の工夫によるドメインエンジニアリングを通じて、新しい応用を含めた種々の回路システムに向けて最適化し、優れた電気的特性と信頼性をもつFeFET, MFMキャパシタ, FTJといった強誘電体デバイスを実現すると共に、Hf系強誘電体材料・デバイス特性制御技術の学理を確立します。
