概要	体内時計や睡眠の乱れは生活習慣病などの健康被害に直結します。規則正しい生活は体内時計を維持するために重要ですが、どうしても不規則な生活になってしまうのが現代社会です。本研究では、動物試験、シミュレーション、ヒトビッグデータ解析を駆使することで、実生活における不規則な生活を科学的に理解し、これまでに無いより実践的な時間健康科学の確立を目指します。
