概要	高次元かつ多階層の生命システムは複雑であり、「どの遺伝子が、どの事象を制御し、どのルールに寄与するか」という分子機構の全容を解明することは至難です。本研究では、生命システム自体を低次元化した定量数理モデル（多階層モデル）を構築し、そこにオミクス解析やイメージング解析から得た実体情報も低次元化して導入することで、生命システムを包括的に理解するという新たな方法論の開発を目指します。
