概要	本研究では、独自のポルフィリン骨格改変法を駆使することで、典型元素（シリコン）イオン配位能を有する環状共役第二近赤外光感受性色素を合成し、がん細胞の特異抗原と結合するモノクローナル抗体との複合体を構築を目指します。近赤外光照射による金属中心の軸分子の光アンケージ反応性の解析と細胞光毒性について検討することで、深部がんの次世代近赤外光治療を目指した基盤技術の創出を行います。
