概要	摩擦力顕微鏡と顕微ラマン分光によるマルチモーダル計測により、摩耗における塑性変形の効果を解明します。分子動力学法および粗視化モデルによる摩耗のスケールアップモデルを構築し、マクロ摩耗との対応を解明します。
