概要	本計画では、集積ナノフォトニクスの技術を用いて、高効率の光電変換、デジタルアナログ変換技術を開発し、これを光積和演算器と接続して光電融合演算器を構成する。具体的には、空間自由度を最大限に生かした光積和演算器をベースに、時間自由度と波長自由度を最大限に活用する波長多重演算技術、再帰型演算技術を適用した低遅延、低消費電力の演算アクセラレータチップ技術の開発をめざす。
