概要	本プロジェクトでは、小さな外力で大きく気象の未来を変えるための気象制御理論の構築と、制御実施を合意形成するために必要な極端風水害の社会インパクトの精緻な予測能力の獲得を達成します。それにより、2050年には、民主的な社会的意思決定に基づく気象と社会の制御で極端風水害の恐怖から解放された社会の実現を目指します。
研究領域	(ムーンショット目標8）2050年までに、激甚化しつつある台風や豪雨を制御し極端風水害の脅威から解放された安全安心な社会を実現
