概要	このプロジェクトは、「幸せ」の個人レベルでの向上だけでなく、その社会レベルでの集約や平等性の実現を目指しています。そのために、個人間で比較可能な「幸せ」の指標を脳活動から測定する革新的な技術を提供します。「幸せ」は、各人の生活を利する「福祉」だけでなく、人それぞれの生き方である「主体性」によっても高まります。これからの社会における「福祉」と「主体性」を、人文・社会科学的手法と仮想現実技術を用いて研究します。そして、その個人間比較を、個々人の実感としての「喜び」や「志」の脳指標を解明することで実現します。そうすることで、詳細な神経科学研究を、スマートシティにおけるモビリティ政策の評価など、実社会の活動へと橋渡しします。
研究領域	（ムーンショット目標9）2050年までに、こころの安らぎや活力を増大することで、精神的に豊かで躍動的な社会を実現
