概要	サイバネティック・アバターを安全かつ信頼して利用できるCA基盤を構築するためにCA操作者の認証技術、CA認証技術、遠隔操作者が法律に基づいてCAを公的に使用できることを証明・認証するCA公証に関する研究を行います。アバター生活実現のために克服すべき社会的課題解決のため、E3LSI（倫理的、経済的、環境的、法的、社会的課題）を研究し、国内外に提言や議論の場を創っていきます。2050年までに、新次元領域法学（AI・ロボット・アバター法）の展開を目指します。
