新興感染症に備えるマルチスケール感染現象学の構築

概要	本研究では、生体細胞スケールから社会システムスケールにおける感染現象の数理構造を抽出、シームレスに連結し、新たな学理「マルチスケール感染現象学」を構築することを目指します。各スケールの境界面で各種の保存則を満足した接続モデルを開発・提案することで新興感染症の流行における各種の要因を加味した包括的な感染予測を可能にします。
