概要	本研究は、インドネシア大規模農園「フードエステート」から排出される廃棄物（排水、固形残渣、油脂成分）を、微生物機能によって燃料・化学品へ変換し、有価物として再循環させる。そして、環境調和型バイオプロダクトによる新規産業を創出することで、バイオ循環経済の樹立を目指す。その実現に向けて、以下４つのサブテーマを実施する。（１）農業廃棄物画分からのバイオ燃料およびバイオ化学品の生産、（２）二次排水の水質浄化と付加価値製品の生産、（３）バイオ循環経済の環境・社会・経済インパクトの評価、（４）提案する新規技術の社会実装と実現可能性の検証。（１）（２）では、廃棄物からバイオ燃料とバイオ化学品等を製造し、（３）（４）では、社会科学的評価をもとに、新技術が社会実装されるための現実的なプロセスを整理する。これらにより、温室効果ガスを含めた環境汚染物質の発生を抑制し、バイオ由来素材による循環経済の確立を目指す
