人間中心の社会共創デザインを可能とするデジタル社会実験基盤技術の開発

研究期間 (年度)	2023 – 2027 (予定)
概要	社会・都市課題に対する政策の効果を事前に評価するため、政府や自治体では社会実験を実施している。しかし、政策評価の精度が低く、また評価も短期的な視点にとどまる。さらに、多様な当事者を関与させる技術が不十分であり、納得感のある政策立案も困難だった。そこで本研究では、可視化に基づき、都市・社会政策立案に自分ごととして関われるようなデジタル社会実験を可能とすることで、関係者全員が納得・満足するような実効性のある政策の低コスト・短期間での実施を支援する。POCとして、全国119の市町村の首長が参加するSWC首長研究会(SWC：Smart Wellness City、健幸都市)と連携し、健幸な都市政策や街づくりの政策立案を目標に、SPD基盤技術の有効性検証を行う。
