概要	中赤外光の活用は、ガスセンシングやナイトビジョンなどに応用が可能であり、防災・セキュリティ、ビルメンテナンス、自動車などの分野で需要が高まっています。本研究では、狭ギャップ二次元半導体の優れた光学特性に着目し、材料・プロセス開発、および中赤外光デバイスの高性能化を目指します。マイクロスケールでの単一デバイス動作にとどまらず、チップスケールからウェハサイズでの大面積化・集積化に挑みます。
