概要	ナノ材料科学、集積回路と情報科学を融合し、次世代AIシステムへのパラダイムシフト起こす。ナノ材料をCMOS集積回路と接続し、さらに高効率なAIハードウェアの基盤を構築する。さらに、環境に応じて学習し、個性的な演算をするエッジ端末が支配する高効率AIシステムの世界へと計算パラダイムを遷移させ、AIシステムの消費電力を極限まで抑え、現行AIの電力効率10倍の達成を目指し、100倍への道筋を検討する。
