概要	有機化合物中に遍在する炭素－水素結合を分子変換に利用し、電気・光・磁場で発生させた活性種を触媒反応に組み込んで、機械学習支援による高効率・高選択的に進行する革新的分子変換法を開発します。本研究で、１）触媒の酸化数制御による不斉反応と位置選択的反応の開発、２）外部エネルギーで触媒活性と構造変化をオンデマンドで行う触媒多機能化法の開発、３）電極の特長を活用した位置選択的官能基化の指導原理を創成します。
