概要	私達はCa2+/カルモジュリン蛋白質キナーゼII (CaMKII)がCa2+依存性に基質蛋白質と液液相分離（LLPS）を起こすことを発見し、これによりPSDの再構成されることがシナプス可塑性の本質であると考えました。そこで、精製蛋白質でこの性質を調べると同時に、超高解像度顕微鏡法、LLPSの光制御技術の開発、数理モデリングを組み合わせ、この仮説の妥当性を検討していきます。
