概要	本研究では、①細胞内タンパク質の動的構造平衡やアンサンブル構造を解析する手法、②ノックアウト細胞を用いた細胞内制御因子の制御パラメーターの抽出法、③細胞内で局在化した標的タンパク質を高感度に検出するIn-cell NMR技術を開発する。開発した手法を細胞内で局所的に形成されるLLPSなどの高次構造体に適用し、細胞内構造体の機能発現との因果関係を動的構造の観点から定量的に明らかにする。
