微量高速C-14分析による水圏炭素動態解明手法の開発

概要	放射性炭素同位体（C-14）は、炭素そのものの年代（＝大気より隔離されてからの時間）の指標となるため、炭素循環のトレーサーとして極めて強力なツールですが、従来の分析手法では微量分析や高速分析を苦手としてきました。本研究では、C-14の微量かつ高速分析を達成する技術開発を行うことで、海洋を含む水圏炭素循環の解明に役立つツールボックスを、世界に先駆けて日本発で開発します。
